Group Sessions are intimate circuit based workouts designed to push clients to their fitness level. Classes rotate between upper body, lower body and functional training with monthly metabolic conditioning and mobility sessions as needed. Classes include a warm up, mobility and corrective exercises, core activation, focus muscle priming, a workout and a cool down with real time progressions and regressions to challenge clients appropriately. Strategic programing works to drastically improve clients overall functionality and health while providing the feeling of a tough workout. Timed sets with max reps ensures that clients achieve the most out of the workouts as reps are based on your fitness ability and not a set number.
