Individual Sessions are tailored to you. Whether your goal is strength, flexibility, power, weight loss or functionality; together we develop plans specific to your needs. Sessions include goal setting, real time corrections, reevaluation and adjustments, dietary reflection (as needed) and time to answer any fitness questions preparing you for your fitness plan. Prehab work is always included to address any weakness in motor pattern or strength and technically challenging moves are introduced in this medium to provide the highest probability in success.
